Real Estate Flyers & Brochures
Brokers in the Commercial Real Estate Industry frequently make requests for templates for flyers and brochures to help promote spaces that they are leasing. I developed these samples to allow designers at a Commercial Real Estate agency to be able to quickly put together designs that are clean and informative.
The information provided in the flyers and brochures are not accurate and are intended only as templates for designers and brokers who are leasing spaces.
All the photos in the flyers were taken by me.

Sugarloaf is a mountainous region located in Dickerson, Maryland. It is a frequent tourist site for nature lovers and hikers across the East Coast. This brand of Gin is dedicated to the natural beauty of the mountain, and the progression of the hike up to the summit.
Each bottle size showcases a different landscape and viewpoint of the mountain. The 375 ml bottle of gin showcases a scene from the bottom of your hike, while the 750 ml bottle illustrates the summit.
Hancock Tea is a branding project for a tea shop based on the Founding Father, John Hancock. The design was inspired by Hancock's adventures as a tea smuggler during the American Revolution and his role in the Boston Tea Party.
The packaging was created using wooden crates. The crates were laser-cut to indent the words into the surface of the texture. The wood was then stained. The coffee mug design was heat-pressed onto the mug, by wrapping the logo around the circumference of the mug and applying heat to the surface.
